TRUST Home & Business

"Far too often I have seen owners and property managers taken advantage of — shady work, vendors overcharging, never quite solving the issue. This is precisely why our business name is TRUST."

— Jose Molina, Founder · TRUST Home & Business
26 Years · U.S. Navy EOD · Retired Senior Chief (E-8)
Meet the founder
Jose Molina
Founder · U.S. Navy EOD Senior Chief (Ret., E-8) · Master EOD Technician (NEC M04A)

The long-standing motto of Navy EOD is "Initial Success or Total Failure." There is no partial credit. No acceptable margin of error. For 26 years, that was the standard I was held to — and the standard I held myself to.

I advanced through the full EOD enlisted career path, retiring as a Senior Chief (E-8) with the Master EOD Technician designation — the highest technical qualification in the rating. Along the way I cleared underwater mines using closed-circuit rebreather systems, fast-roped onto vessels to neutralize explosive hazards, conducted military freefall and static line parachute operations, and was selected to support Presidential security details — including missions involving Air Force One. Each of those assignments carries one thing in common: they go to the people who have demonstrated they will get it right, every time, when it cannot go wrong.

I built TRUST Home & Business because the Emerald Coast's property owners — many of them remote investors with luxury assets they can't personally watch — deserve that same standard of care. Not a handyman who shows up when convenient. A partner with a proven system, photo documentation of every visit, and a professional who has spent a career being trusted with things that matter far more than a leaking AC line.

I don't need to tell you I'm the most trusted person you could let into your home. The record speaks for itself.

Point inspection standard

"Initial Success
or Total Failure."

That is the Navy EOD motto. Not a slogan — a professional reality. EOD technicians are selected and deployed to situations where partial success is the same as failure, and where the margin for error is zero.

Underwater mine clearance. Vessel-boarding to neutralize explosive hazards. WMD identification and render-safe procedures. Presidential security support. These are the assignments that define what EOD operators are trusted with — and the mental framework they carry into every task they take on afterward.

Your property isn't a bomb disposal mission. But the discipline of finding hidden problems before they become catastrophic ones — documenting every system, following a rigorous process, and never assuming everything is fine — transfers exactly. Our 99+ point inspection wasn't built from a home maintenance checklist. It was built by people trained to find what others miss.

How EOD training translates
🔍
Systematic assessment
EOD never assumes. Every system is inspected in sequence — no shortcuts, no skipped steps. Your 99+ point inspection reflects that discipline.
📋
Documentation & reporting
Every mission is documented precisely. Every service visit generates a photo-verified digital report — so you always know exactly what was found and what was done.
Calm under pressure
When a guest's AC fails at midnight, we don't panic — we execute. 24/7 trouble response is a standard, not an upsell.
🤝
Accountability to the mission
In EOD, there is no "close enough." We bring that same non-negotiable standard of follow-through to every property we protect.

The principles behind
every service call.

01
Radical transparency
You receive photo documentation of everything we find — resolved and unresolved. No vague reports. No surprise invoices. Your digital dashboard is always current.
02
Proactive, not reactive
We built our entire service model around finding problems before they find your guests, your tenants, or your insurance claim. Prevention is always cheaper than the emergency.
03
Your authority, always
We identify. We report. You decide. We never dispatch a repair without your explicit approval — 100% dispatch authority stays with you, every time.
04
Elite technicians only
Every technician on our team is vetted with the same rigor used to build military teams — background-checked, skilled, and held to a consistent standard of conduct and quality.
05
Hotel-grade readiness protocols
Luxury hotels don't wait for a guest complaint to discover a problem — they run systematic readiness checks before every arrival. We apply that same pre-arrival standard to your property: every inspection is benchmarked against guest-ready excellence, not just "nothing broken."
06
Relationships over transactions
Most of our clients manage remotely. They need a partner they can trust without being on-site. We treat every property as if the owner is watching — because the right team doesn't need supervision.

People you can count on.

Both founders are Navy EOD veterans. When we say we hold ourselves to a military standard — we mean it from direct experience, not borrowed language.
